QRI Awarded 110th Federal Contract - Geophysical Survey for USACE, NAD

Baton Rouge, LA - QRI was awarded their 110th Federal contract. The contract consists of performing geophysical surveys for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), New England District in the North Atlantic Division.

The project will include subsurface utility locating using at least two complimentary measurement methods to verify the location of known and suspected exterior utilities at Federal facilities in Natick, Massachusetts.

QRI’s Geophysical Division was founded in 2004 and has successfully mapped utilities, rebar & post tension cables, intraslab & sub slab voids, USTs, buried drum debris fields, and contaminants using a combination of technologies supporting GPS. QRI goes beyond One Call locates on public easements and performs private utility locating.
