PROJECT DESCRIPTION
QRI constructed a new masonry office building designed by the USACE, New Orleans District. The 70’ x 20’ structure was built on a 44 H Piling supported concrete slab on top of the levee located adjacent to the St. Francisville Mat Casting Yard.
