PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Under two separate and concurrent contracts, QRI hauled and installed a total of 731 FEMA MHU trailers to victims of the 2016 Louisiana Flood (DR 4277). QRI successfully planned and managed the dispatch of drivers (hauling); performed site preparations; MHU installation and inspection; managed specialty subcontractors and worked with local city parishes and utility companies to obtain proper permitting. Documentation for daily activities was prepared by QRI and delivered nightly to the USACE and FEMA.
