QRI’s Construction Section was founded in 2009. We specialize in sustainment, restoration and modernization at military installations and government-owned properties as well as site preparation activities, renovations and new construction for commercial clients. QRI originally developed these capabilities to complement our environmental or remediation projects in remote locations often required mobile offices or the construction of staging structures.

Top clients include: the USACE, the USAF and FEMA

From 2013 to present, 25% of QRI’s total revenues were performed in this Section resulting in $66.4 million in contract value ($44 million in actual obligated value).
